Our Return and Refund Policy is governed by the following terms, except to the extent that the terms of a specific product or service provide otherwise.  For the sale of certain products, the Company does accept a request to return a product, and for the user to request a refund. 

You can return any or all portions of products from a single product order within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase, for any reason as a “FIRST-TIME product purchaser.  If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund but would be delighted to offer you an exchange or in store credit towards your next purchase.

With respect to any purchase, you must return the product and request a refund within 30 days of the purchase, but only as a "FIRST-TIME" product purchaser user. You may request your money back by emailing . The email must contain information about the product you purchased, receipt for the purchase, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
If you receive a refund of any purchase through this the Return Policy, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under the Policies and Procedure agreement found as a separate page on this Website. You shall immediately cease using the product and properly return the unused product back to the Company.

Any customer may request a refund from the Company only once regardless of how many products and/or services the customer purchases. In other words, after a customer has received a refund for any one product (or series of products under one single, original order), under this return and refund policy, that customer shall not be entitled to a refund as to any other product or service purchased from the Company.
